Dal nulla spunta una possibilità, seppur remota, di accordo tra la maggioranza di governo su due tematiche molto calde: prostituzione e cannabis.
Detto che lo scambio di tematiche do ut des non è proprio nello stile di un governo del cambiamento, come Associazione FreeWeed ci troviamo nella gaudente situazione di essere favorevoli ad entrambe le proposte.
Ad aprire il dibattito è stato il Ministro dell’Interno Matteo Salvini, parlando di prostituzione legale.
A rispondergli, mettendo ora sul piatto della bilancia la cannabis legalizzata è stato il Sottosegretario alla Giustizia Vittorio Ferraresi, con il quale avevamo avuto un colloquio lo scorso settembre 2018, pronunciandosi in questi termini: “la riapertura delle case chiuse non è prevista dal contratto di governo ma noi non abbiamo preclusioni. Ci deve essere una discussione approfondita sulla questione, in quanto si tratta di un tema delicato, così come sulla regolamentazione della cannabis. Sono due argomenti importanti su cui ci deve essere un approfondimento non ideologico ma sul merito. Va bene se la discussione viene approfondita sul Blog ma prima va affrontato il tema a livello parlamentare. Da parte nostra c’è apertura. Sono tanti gli argomenti che si possono discutere, non si può escludere a prescindere un voto”.
Anche il capogruppo alla Camera Stefano Patuanelli ha dichiarato in televisione ad 8 e mezzo su La7 che “Quello delle case chiuse è un tema che va affrontato sgombrandosi da ipocrisie, come sulle droghe leggere”.
Vedremo ora la discussione come e se proseguirà; sicuramente non si attende un minimo spiraglio da parte della parte “leghista” del Governo carioca, ma perlomeno il poterne portare in aula parlamentare la discussione in questa legislatura sarebbe meglio che attenderne inesorabilmente il passare dei giorni per quanto riguarda una riforma normativa sulla cannabis a favore dei consumatori e contro le narcomafie che se non verrà mai discussa mai potrà essere approvata.
