La cura è fatta per diversi motivi.
È ciò che può fare la differenza tra una buona erba e un’erba eccellente. Durante questo processo, le gemme stanno degradando i nutrienti immagazzinati nel materiale vegetale, principalmente la clorofilla, diventando di un colore grigio-verde. Inseriscile in tutti i contenitori necessari, senza premere troppo. Quando li hai riempiti, è tempo di lasciarli nel posto buio e fresco.
