Il vice Edgar Enrique Velázquez González, ha presentato il disegno di legge che contempla la regolamentazione della canapa industriale nello Stato di Jalisco, e apre la possibilità dell’uso della cannabis in quel settore.Un’iniziativa all’avanguardia, che pone il nostro Stato tra i primi a livello nazionale a chiedere una regolamentazione in materia.
L’iniziativa presentata in compagnia del Direttore Legale e co-fondatore di Lawgic, Roberto Ibarra, l’organizzazione coautore del disegno di legge, prevede la regolamentazione della pianta di cannabis, principalmente canapa, per i suoi vari utilizzi in settori quali il tessile , produzione di carta, produzione di energia e combustibili, tra gli altri.
Se questa legge si concretizzasse, Velázquez González ha sottolineato: “Jalisco diventerebbe uno stato competitivo e all’avanguardia a livello di paesi come la Spagna”.
Da parte sua, Roberto Ibarra, ha spiegato che la normativa comporterebbe una spinta trascendentale per l’economia dello Stato, poiché genererebbe innumerevoli aziende dedite alla produzione e vendita di canapa, materiale che, non contenendo componenti psicoattive, non è si oppone a nessun regolamento federale, né viola i regolamenti costituzionali.
D’altra parte, il deputato Velázquez González, ha annunciato la presentazione di un disegno di legge che propone di modificare il codice civile e la legge sullo stato civile dello stato di Jalisco, in modo che i figli minori di famiglie materne possano essere registrati davanti alle autorità competenti, e in In questo modo si risolvono le scappatoie legali che in passato non hanno consentito ai minori questo diritto da parte delle autorità comunali.
Il legislatore Enrique Velázquez ha spiegato che l’obiettivo principale è: “proteggere il minore e il suo diritto umano all’identità, nazionalità e un rapporto familiare”, perché non essendo registrato, si causa una violazione dell’identità e il libero sviluppo della personalità, generando uno stato di indifese nei figli di queste coppie.
