“La guerra alla droga” è stata frutto del presidente Nixon ; la dichiarazione del giugno 1971 ha creato un afflusso di disinformazione, soppresso l’indagine ed ha impedito lo sviluppo dell’uso medicinale noto all’umanità da migliaia di anni.

Pensiamo a tassare solo una libbra per ogni oncia di marijuana venduta con un’aliquota IVA del 20%.
Se si assume che la domanda per la cannabis rimanga la stessa, allora vedremmo un utile annuo di circa 2.400 milioni di £.
Questa cifra è, tuttavia, il valore più basso possibile quando si pensa al numero di utenti potenziali che potrebbero sostituire “l’intossicazione da alcol” molto più rischiosa ed andare verso una pianta che fino ad oggi segna “zero morti” come risultato diretto del suo utilizzo.
Il settore delle bevande alcoliche è responsabile di 8.697 morti nel 2014.
La legalizzazione della marijuana potrebbe fornire un’alternativa sicura, i fondi ricavati possono finanziare stipendi di 110.071 insegnanti e far risparmiare al’ NHS circa 206 £ milioni di euro all’anno.
Legalizzazione
La marijuana dovrebbe essere legalizzata nel più breve tempo possibile e implementare rigorose avvertenze sanitarie sull’alcol.
Glorificare l’alcol deve diventare una cosa del passato e dobbiamo togliere le statistiche falsificate ed i falsi rischi per la salute dati dalla marijuana e dobbiamo diffondere informazioni su questa materia.
La marijuana non dovrebbe essere un simbolo di persone stanche e pigre. Attiviamoci!
