Siamo lieti di annunciare che Lunedì 17 febbraio alle ore 11,30 presso la Sala stampa della Camera dei deputati (Via della Missione 4 a Roma) si terrà la conferenza stampa di presentazione della Conferenza nazionale autoconvocata per la riforma delle politiche sulle droghe che avrà luogo a Milano il 28 e 29 febbraio prossimi.
A promuovere l’iniziativa è una vasta rete di soggetti della società civile che hanno deciso, a fronte della mancata convocazione da più di un decennio della Conferenza nazionale prevista dalla legge 309/90, di darsi appuntamento per aprire un confronto con tutte le realtà Istituzionali, dei servizi pubblici e del terzo settore, con gli operatori e con le persone che usano sostanze ed avviare un dialogo per la riforma di una normativa sulle droghe palesemente inadeguata.
Interverranno alla conferenza stampa, fra gli altri: Denise Amerini (CGIL), Franco Corleone (Conferenza nazionale dei Garanti dei Detenuti), Fabrizio Mariani (CNCA), Alessio Guidotti (ITANPUD), Stefano Vecchio (Forum Droghe), Matteo Mainardi (Associazione Luca Coscioni), on. Riccardo Magi (Gruppo misto).
A promuovere l’iniziativa sono A Buon Diritto, Arci, Associazione Antigone, Associazione No Profit FreeWeed Board, Associazione Luca Coscioni, CGIL, CNCA, Conferenza dei Garanti delle persone private della libertà, Comunità di San Benedetto al Porto, Forum Droghe, Gruppo Abele, ITANPUD, ITARDD, l’Altro Diritto, la Società della Ragione, LILA.
