La Figura del Referente

La figura del Referente rappresenta un ruolo di primaria importanza nell’organizzazione di un Progetto Informativo di Iniziativa Popolare poiché il Referente, oltre a coinvolgere, informandole, il più alto numero di persone possibile, è fondamentalmente incaricato di occuparsi – nella propria zona – dell’organizzazione e della gestione dello sviluppo del Progetto FreeWeed.

Quali sono i compiti del Referente?

Il Referente dovrà mantenere i contatti diretti con l’Associazione FreeWeed Board, tramite Social Network, email o telefono.

Il primo compito richiesto è la disponibilità ad effettuare volantinaggio ed in seguito banchetti informativi, partecipando ad eventi ed a fiere, per rappresentare FreeWeed sul territorio.

Il Ruolo del Referente è importante e deve essere un’azione costante che richiede dedizione e impegno da parte di chi intende svolgerlo; una rappresentanza sul territorio è importante per informare più persone ed in modo diretto e chiaro, ed organizzare eventi locali in supporto all’Associazione FreeWeed in modo da supportarne attivamente e localmente le Iniziative Nazionali.

Il Referente dovrà documentare la sua azione territoriale con delle foto, cosi da poter aumentare l’informazione attraverso i Social Network.

In secondo luogo il Referente dovrà iniziare a contattare le realtà antiproibizioniste presenti nella propria zona di competenza, come Associazioni, Negozi, Attività e Centri Sociali che siano favorevoli alla nostra stessa causa, informarle del lavoro di Rete della nostra Associazione e comunicare i nominativi alla Direzione FreeWeed, in modo da stabilire contatti attivi per sviluppare maggiormente il Progetto.

I Referenti dovranno comunicare mensilmente gli sviluppi sul territorio alla Direzione FreeWeed, per mantenere sempre un diretto contatto e creare insieme gruppi operativi nei vari Comuni.
